Reservations
Please allow ample notice to reserve your spa treatments by contacting the Spa Receptionist as far in advance as possible. While we may be able to accommodate sameday appointments, to ensure your preferred time of day, treatment, and skilled therapist, advance bookings are preferable. We are happy to assist in planning your special group for bridal party. A credit card number to guarantee payment is required at the time of booking.
Special Considerations
Should you have special considerations or concerns, please notify our Spa Receptionist before booking your treatments. For your safety during a treatment, you should disclose medical concerns such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, allergies, any other physical ailments, or special needs.
Minimum Age for Treatments
Spa guests must be 16 years or older to receive treatment. It is our goal to provide a quiet atmosphere in The Spa, and we ask that no children be permitted in the lounge or relaxation areas. Children 5 years or older are not permitted in opposite- gender locker rooms.
Arrival Time
For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, we invite you to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. We ask that groups of five or more arrive one hour prior to scheduled treatments.
Amenities
Please arrive early to enjoy the spa lounge, sip our specialty tea, and begin your treatment with the mentality of rest and repose. Separate ladies’ and gentleman’s locker facilities are equipped with private showers and vanity amenities.
Cancellations
We thank you for notifying the spa twenty-four (24) hours prior to your scheduled appointment if you must reschedule or cancel to avoid a full charge. The treatments you book represent time reserved especially for you! Cancellations of packages or private parties require a forty-eight (48) hours’ notice, unless otherwise specified, to ensure booking potential for awaiting guests. Failure to arrive incurs the full charge of treatment.
Payments for Spa Services
Logan Club members may charge spa services to their membership account. We also accept all major credit cards, travelers checks and cash.

Gratuities
An automatic service charge of 20% will be added to your bill for your convenience.

You may purchase Spa Gift Cards for a specific dollar amount. The spa packages in this menu were created with gift-giving in mind and create the perfect combination of treatments. Spa Gift Cards can be used towards services or purchases in our Spa Boutique.
