What do I need in order to check in at The Logan?
You must be 21+ to check-in to the hotel. If you have a reservation, you will need an ID and to provide a form of payment.
What is the hotel's cancellation policy?
There is a 72-hour cancellation policy.
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate or dates of your reservation. Please refer to your reservation confirmation to verify your cancellation policy. If you need further assistance, call the hotel directly or contact customer service. Alternatively, you can cancel your reservation online.

Does the hotel allow smoking?
No, we are a 100% smoke-free hotel. There is a $350 cleaning fee for any standard guest room and a $500 cleaning fee for any suite in violation of this policy.
Do you provide ADA compliant accommodations?
At The Logan, we are proud to offer guests a selection of ADA accessible features, and room and suite options. From lowered elevator buttons to roll-in showers, we look forward to welcoming all guests in Philadelphia.

All dogs are welcome with a $50 enhancement fee.

How many guests are allowed per room?
In accordance with the Pennsylvania Innkeeper’s Rights Act, there is a maximum capacity of four adults (18 years and older) per room, and up to two minors.
What is your hotel's photo policy?
Guest privacy is a top priority. To best protect our guests we do not allow photography within the hotel’s public spaces. Special requests can be submitted and approved by the hotel’s Marketing department. To request approval please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note, this policy does not include private events including weddings or corporate meetings within the group’s private contracted space.
What cleaning services am I offered as an extended-stay guest?
For those guests staying with us five or more nights, we recognize there might be a need to replenish the amenities in your room. While the CDC recommends hotel staff not enter your room until you depart, we do offer two options during your stay to ensure your room remains clean and comfortable:
1) Light-touch service - our Housekeeping team will leave any requested items (fresh sheets and towels, bathroom amenities, etc.) at your door. You can leave your trash, used towels and sheets outside your door any time after 9am and Housekeeping will pick them up for cleaning.
2) Full service - our Housekeeping team will provide a full clean of your guest room, including changing the sheets and cleaning the bathroom, in addition to replacing the towels and bathroom amenities. This service can be completed after every third night of your stay, but it must be requested each time.
For your safety and the safety of our staff, we require at least 24-hour notice for full service, and a three-hour window where the room will not be occupied so it can be cleaned. We offer full service cleaning between the hours of 10am and 4pm daily and can be requested by contacting the Front Desk.
Does the hotel have a fitness center?
Guests of The Logan enjoy complimentary access to our additional onsite health and wellness amenities. Swim laps or just enjoy the water at our indoor pool. Break a sweat at our Health Club using state-of-the-art Precor equipment, including treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, a rowing machine, weight machines, free weights, and two Peloton bikes.*
HOURS OF OPERATION*
The pool is open every day from 8:00am - 10:30pm. (Adults only swim will be from 9:30pm-10:30pm)
During this time, reservations are required and available for all registered guests. Reservations can be made in one hour sessions at the Front Desk, limited to 10 rooms with a max of 50 people in the pool at one time. In accordance with the City of Philadelphia’s current restrictions, we ask all guests to be conscious of social distancing and to wear a mask when you cannot maintain a 6-ft. distance. The Logan team will be sanitizing the pool area every hour.
Health Club Update:
The fitness center is open Monday - Friday 6:30am-6:30pm. On the weekends the fitness center is open from 8:00am - 6:30pm.

Yes. The Logan has an indoor swimming pool.

At top of ramp, turn right onto 22nd Street and continue for one block to the first traffic light and turn right onto Benjamin Franklin Parkway. Go through two traffic lights and enter the traffic circle. The Logan Philadelphia Hotel is halfway around the circle on the right at 18th Street and Benjamin Franklin Parkway.
From Philadelphia International Airport: Take I-95 North to exit 22 for Central Philadelphia/Route 676 West (left exit) to Benjamin Franklin Parkway/Museum Area exit. Turn right onto 22nd Street. Go to the first traffic light and turn right onto Benjamin Franklin Parkway. The Logan will be on the right.

What are some activities for weddings guests off-property?
Wedding parties are welcome to explore and enjoy Philadelphia to its fullest extent throughout the wedding celebration. Our Front Desk team and Wedding specialists are happy to provide recommendations for your specific interests and needs.
Are there wedding planners on property?
Your on-site wedding specialist will be there to help guide you through menu planning, event setup and hotel guest room reservations at The Logan. An outside wedding planner is recommended and can guide you through all of the external details, as well as the overall event coordination. This can help take any additional stress off of you, allowing you to enjoy every moment of the process with your friends and family.
Do you have any wedding special offers?
Your on-site wedding specialist will be able to assist with confirming a rate available for your guests to obtain rooms. Once your contract is signed, and we are approximately eleven months prior to your event, we will provide you with a dedicated web-link for your guests to make their reservations at your reduced rate.
The couple will receive a complimentary suite for the wedding night based on a food and beverage minimum which will be discussed at the time of contract. We also extend a reduced rate for the suite for the night prior to the wedding.
Do you offer on property catering services?
Yes! Just like every wedding is unique, every wedding menu is unique. We will ensure that your menu perfectly complements your wedding and your tastes. Your on-site wedding specialist will work closely with you throughout the wedding planning process to design the wedding menu of your dreams. We welcome the opportunity to customize your menu to ensure the wedding reflects your distinctive wedding style.
