We just got back from our honeymoon and the dust has settled from the wedding! James and I just wanted to send a quick thank you to you and The Logan for an amazing wedding! The whole experience-food, drinks, service, etc., was absolutely PERFECT! The day truly exceeded any of our expectations! You were such a pleasure to work with. Thank you so much for your email! I can't believe it's been over a week since the wedding. We got in late last night from Minnesota and had the most relaxing, beautiful honeymoon! Thank you so, so much for absolutely everything that you and your staff did to help us plan and execute our wedding. It was so special beyond words for us to be able to just enjoy all of our loved ones being together, knowing that they were all in great hands with your staff. Everyone is still raving about the food and service! I'm going to suggest the Logan to every single one of our friends who ever get engaged! I know the Logan will always be a very special place for us. Again, thank you so much from both James and I.

We are so appreciative of all of your assistance and diligence; you were absolutely wonderful to work with. It was truly a magical affair and we couldn't have done it without you and your team. Will was exceptional. He was so patient and kind, on top of everything, and just so reliable and a true delight throughout the entire wedding and brunch. I would be remiss if I did not tell you what a special, amazing, astounding weekend my family and friends had at the Logan for our daughter’s Jan 21 wedding. Your staff—and I mean every single person there—went out of their way to ensure that we had the smallest request and detail taken care of and truly NO worries. Everyone was so very kind and professional—and honestly appeared to be sharing our joy! I have to tell you that we were devastated to see the 4 Seasons replaced. But somehow, your teams have managed to blend old-world charm and professionalism with a fresh and fun vibe that DELIVERS the very essence of superior Customer Experience. Again, thank you from the bottom of our hearts—it was everything we hoped that it would be when we began our planning one year ago (and that’s saying something!). [As well, know that I am in a Customer Engagement role at work so I have pretty high standards!!] Please use this feedback with your staff and management.

I am sure we thanked you many times but I must write to you again. You are a superstar. Ivy and Mett had the best wedding weekend and so much of what made it perfect was you. Your attention to detail, your coordinator skills and communication are flawless. We said this morning that this was smooth sailing all the way. The Logan gets a huge applause…. The staff, the room, the food, the ambiance, the service…I can go on and on. TOP NOTCH!! People advised "things will go wrong but just try to enjoy the night." We cannot think of one thing that went wrong. And Lori, in your absence, was my fairy godmother. Please tell her. :) Thank you from all of us. It was all magical.

Just a tremendous thank you for all you and the entire staff at The Logan Hotel did to make Lisa & Jordan’s wedding reception beyond wonderful! All of our family and friends had a terrific time celebrating their marriage. Aside from the stylish accommodations and gorgeous location for wedding photos, the courtyard setting was so inviting and beautiful for the cocktail hour and my favorite because of the perfect weather, Sonny created a truly memorable and delicious meal, the waiters and bartenders made everyone feel so special, Eddie Bruce Orchestra energized the crowd beyond expectations and you, Tom and Ric were really priceless in helping everything commence from the breakfast to the final hours at Assembly’s pretty vistas! A beautiful and happy memory for all! Lisa & Jordan had a blast celebrating their marriage and all of us too! It was a pleasure working with you and everyone at The Logan and please we would be your best reference as we were so happy and appreciative of our experience. We do hope our paths cross again in the future. It truly exceeded expectations for a wonderful wedding reception and thanks again to all of you!
