This fall, brand-new waterfront attraction Cherry Street Pier and the neighboring Race Street Pier host a new dynamic arts festival produced by Philadelphia Contemporary called Festival for the People. Visitors can explore a range of creative works and attend events and programs that focus on subcultural themes and art forms for three weekends in October.
